2008 Secretariat Meeting Dates Set

The dates for 2008 Secretariat meetings are:

Jan. 21, Feb. 18, Mar. 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, and Nov.17

The meetings are held in room 122 at Mount Paran North.

Secretariat meetings are open to the community.  If you would like time on an agenda, please contact Bill Furr at chairman@ngtd.org

Database Manager Position Open

The Database manager position on the Secretariat is open.  Among the duties of this position are:

     - Enter new Pescadore and team information into the database

     - Prepare Team Information Sheets for each team and send to Data Information Cha.

     - After each weekend, generate and post rosters and other reports to the Tres Dias FTP site.

     - Generate labels and other reports at the request of the Secretariat

Requirements for this position are:

     - Proficient with a computer and the internet

     - Ability to use Microsoft Access (programming ability not necessary, but helpful)

     - Time required to perform the above tasks:  an hour or so a week to update on-going data changes; an hour per team to prepare, print and mail information sheets; 8 hours after each weekend to gather information sheets and rosters, enter data, generate and post updated reports.
